My Role

On this large project, I shared managerial responsibilities with Colorbleed's Roy and Tom.
I was in charge of the following tasks...

— Managing ballpark, treatment and the winning pitch
— Budgeting, planning of productions, and scheduling all milestones/reviews with client
— Finding and booking freelancers / planning resources
— Invoicing, collecting final assets, approved credit lists and portfolio live dates
