The Job

Colorbleed created the original Monnie character a few years ago in partnership with Alfred International (Before my time). For this new campaign, we were required to take the characters (which had been significantly redesigned) and create 5 new full-cg animations.

My Role

— Client point of contact for all production and financial needs
— Scoping, budgeting, planning, and scheduling all milestones/reviews with client
— Finding and booking freelancers / planning resources
— Clear communication between all stakeholders and personnel
— Managing team from start to final delivery
— Managing client reviews, approvals, and deliveries
— Invoicing, collecting final assets, approved credit lists and portfolio live dates‍
