The Job

The Miggy character was based on an existing Migros design. It had been utilized in a number of Migros marketing campaigns. We were entrusted with redesigning and rebuilding the character, preparing it for the future, and producing animations and stills to accompany their regular sales promotions.

My Role

— Client point of contact for all production and financial needs
— Scoping, budgeting, planning, and scheduling all milestones/reviews with client
— Finding and booking freelancers / planning resources
— Clear communication between all stakeholders and personnel
— Managing team from design till final delivery
— Managing client reviews, approvals, and deliveries
— Invoicing, collecting final assets, approved credit lists and portfolio live dates
